Terms of Service

♢Disclaimer♢

Please read over the contents of this page before requesting a commission or more information as answers to your inquiries may already be listed here.If you are to contact me, preferably via email or any of my other listed contact methods, expect an answer within 24 hours (will vary depending on current circumstances).

♢ General ♢

  • I claim the right to refuse a commission request partially (certain characteristics) or entirely.

  • Client must credit my work where it is due, do not claim my art as your own.

  • Any deadline requested from the client must be at least 14 days after the commission request (only applicable if not waitlisted). Deadlines cannot be hastened once the process has begun.

  • I claim the right to use any commissioned work for promotional purposes such as updating my portfolio. This is negotiable with the client for the work in question.

  • Up to 3 revision allowances after the sketch stage.

  • My work cannot be used for any NFT purposes

  • My work cannot be used for any AI training purposes.

♢ Payment ♢

  • Only accepting payments via PayPal.

  • All listed prices are in USD.

  • Payment policy are as follows: 50% paid once a sketch has been approved and the other 50% paid before receiving the final product.

  • If payment has not been made within a reasonable amount of time, I reserve the right to cancel a commission, If the client wishes to resume the commission, it will depend entirely on my availability and whether or not the payment can be made.

  • Refunds will only be approved 24 hours after sketch approval.

  • Any large requests to edit a piece when shown in the WIP may result in a slight upcharge

  • WILL draw OC and/or Fanart of characters.

  • WILL draw tasteful NSFW (upcharge)

  • WILL draw monster characters

  • WILL draw kemomimi

  • WILL draw Mech

  • WILL NOT draw celebrities or political figures existing in the real world.

  • WILL NOT draw minors engaging in sexual or offensive activities

  • WILL NOT draw furries

  • WILL NOT draw overly explicit NSFW pieces (negotiable)

Half Body $75 USD

  • Character illustration from thighs up

  • Basic Color Background (Free) or simple background (+10$) or detailed background (+20$)

  • Fully Colored and shaded

Full Body $100 USD

  • Character illustration from head to toe.

  • Basic Color Background (Free) or simple background (+25$) or detailed background (+50$)

  • Fully colored and shaded
